Soulmates At Woodstock
In Progress
In Progress
Soulmates At Woodstock, is written as stream of consciousness poetry, by the fictitious character, Linda Williams.
As the daughter of Betty Rose and Edward Blue Williams, Linda has always known the nature of love. Now, her own journey begins at The Woodstock Music and Art Fair, in August 1969. She bravely travels by a new name: River Weaver, prepared to document her observations for her Literary studies class.
On farm land, she finds herself captivated by a young woman. While experiencing the high of Woodstock musical-love vibration, River weaves herself into a new story, forgoing literary analysis in exchange for enigma. Unfiltered thoughts pass through, and her heart cannot help but grow, through the paradox of crowded unity and intimate connection.
This is the
potential cover.
I love illustrating my own covers.
Maybe you can feel the vibrations of the story to come?
Thanks for travelling here, as I share my process with you.
